During the last 25 years of his teaching career Prof. Igor Petrushevski has produced a large number of major international competition winners in competitions such as: P.I. Tchaikovsky, N. Paganini, Margaret Long-Thibaud, Tibor Varga, R. Lipizer, Indianapolis, Tokyo, H. Wieniavski, Cologne, J. Heifetz, Sion, Postacchini, J. Joachim, B. Britten, Caneti, G. Enescu, Valsesia and A. Khachaturian. His students have performed with Maxim Vengerov, Krzysztof Penderecki, Vladimir Jurovski, Christian Jarvi, Schlomo Mintz amongst many others.

Teaching record of Prof. Petrushevski includes:

  1. Working with some of the most talented children all over the world, who have benefited from the teaching of Igor Petrushevski, which is continuing with great success, in particular music of the romantic and the 20th century, music methodology of the Russian School and in particular the teaching of the Y. Yankelevitch school of violin.
  2. Preparing students for international competitions, recitals and concerto performances, chamber music concerts and the orchestral auditions.
  3. Conducting masters classes all over the world. Working in the most important festivals such as the Mozarteum Summer academy, Santander Academy, Enescu Festival, Northern Lights Festival and many others with world famous musicians such as Mikhail Kopelman, Zakhar Bron, Dimitriy Bashkirov, Ivan Monighetti and many others.
